Today while scrolling through the news, I was reading a few different articles that focused on a celebration of what appears to be a failed World Health Organization (WHO) Membership Agreement on the Pandemic Accord and the International Health Regulation (IHR) Amendments.
I wholeheartedly appreciate the sentiment and enjoy the ‘win’ with them, because this has occurred PRE-Assembly and thus is a positive development.
While we applaud this welcome information, let’s Listen and Pay Attention to these words recently uttered by Dr. Tedros:
He stated “This is not a failure” and then went on to ‘double-down’ by stating “We will try everything.... believing that anything is possible... and make this happen because the world still needs a pandemic treaty”. That doesn’t sound like someone who is willing to call this ‘a tabled subject until we meet again’ type of situation.
As a side-note to show their hardened passion for making ‘The World’s First Pandemic Agreement’ and amendments to the ‘International Health Regulations’ a success, please keep this in mind … the theme of the 77th session of The World Health Assembly is ‘All for Health, Health for All’. Dax, cue the violin music.
While some might say “Ahh, we can settle back”, I say: “Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full”. We cannot land yet, since we have not yet arrived; we need to ‘stay the course’. This is not the time to rest back on our laurels and start popping champagne bottles. The United Nations (UN)/WHO and the World Economic Forum (WEF) will not let this go. I submit that they cannot: they are committed to their cause.
Let’s Jump Into The ‘Way Back Machine’ for a few moments …
In June 2019 the World Economic Forum and the United Nations signed a Strategic Partnership to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Their focus included such things as:
· FINANCING the 2030 Agenda
· Health (Against threats, Developing multi-stakeholder partnerships, and ACTION)
· Climate Change
· Digital Cooperation (‘Digital Governance’…their words)
In 2020 the WEF developed a plan that used the COVID Crisis to reorganize global governance around social issues including climate change – and they called that plan ‘The Great Reset’.
Then in 2021 the World Health Assembly (that’s the forum through which the WHO is governed) established the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body to begin the formulation of this Pandemic Agreement and amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations.
They need the ‘Trojan Horse’ of Health and Public Safety to:
· Provide the WHO unprecedented and unconstitutional powers over the United States and its citizens, giving the WHO’s Director-General power to unilaterally declare a ‘Public Health Emergency of International Concern’ (PHEIC)
· Accelerate acceptance of state surveillance, including requirements for member states to censor speech related to public health
· Loosen restrictions for experimentation, legalizing and implementing measures for Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA)
· Build a library of ‘Potential Pandemic Pathogens’ that has the potential to facilitate the proliferation of biological weapons by allowing the WHO to share these globally
These documents are about Centralized Control, Global Governance and a Massive Expansion of Power.
Okay, What Now?
In my humble opinion, what will happen during those 5 days (May 27th to June 1st) is going to be a whirlwind of side-bar conversations, closed-door meetings, ear-whispering, hand-shaking and eye- winking. Heck, I anticipate an abundance of ‘under-the-table ankle-kicking’ until they come up with a plan to put these documents in-place as soon as possible.
It is truly abhorrent, but the actuality is that the Biden-Harris administration is ‘ALL IN’ for the implementation of this ‘Pandemic Agreement’ and its associated IHRs. Just read the ‘US Government Global Health Security Strategies 2024’.

This is why we need our states to do what our Federal Government is not willing to do…Protect Americans. In Oklahoma we have SB426: “An Act relating to the World Health Organization: prohibiting enforcement of policies required or recommended by the World Health Organization, World Economic Forum, and United States”.

We need legislation to protect our citizens. We are asking the Oklahoma State Senate and House to TAKE ACTION TODAY and comply with what our Governor, our Attorney General, and THOUSANDS of Oklahomans are asking them to do. Bring the SB426 legislation to the floor for a vote BEFORE the end of session.
If you reside in Oklahoma, call your state senator and house representative and urge them to pass SB426.
